What is the criteria for scholarships in the US and UK for masters degree?

There are quite a few parameters, based on which you get your scholarships. Namely,

1) Your academic grades/percentage (Majorly)
2) GRE/TOEFL/IELTS
3) Projects
4) Internships
5) Paper presentations (National/International)
6) Work Exp, Etc.
